EL GRANADA ELEMENTARY YEARBOOK

The Yearbook is a decades-old tradition at El Granada Elementary to record all the amazing things we have going on at our school, and to celebrate our 5th graders who will soon be promoted to middle school.

We're excited to announce our new partnership with Treering for this year's 2024/25 school yearbook. This collaboration brings some great new features to capturing our school's memories. New for this year:

Modern Memories: Treering's platform allows us to create a yearbook that reflects our school year with parent photo uploads and highlights each student's individual experiences with free family pages.

Personalization: You'll have the opportunity to customize two free pages in your child's yearbook with your own photos and memories (plus buy as many additional pages as you like).

Affordable Keepsakes: Our soft-cover yearbooks are priced at $17.94 (plus tax).

Special Gift for Fifth Graders

Continuing our tradition, the PTO will provide each graduating 5th grader with a free yearbook. Families of 5th graders will still have the option to add custom pages to these gifted copies through the Treering site.

If you have a 5th grader, please send us a photo for our Fifth Graders as Babies page! The photo should be of your child when they were under 1 year of age. Please email to elgranadayearbook@gmail.com, upload direct to Treering (video below) or hand the photo to your class teacher and we will scan and return it to you.

All 5th graders are invited to submit artwork for the Yearbook! They may choose to design cover art, which will be seen and voted on by the whole school, or make some art to be featured inside the yearbook. Cover art submissions should be portrait orientation on 8.5"x11" paper and include the school name and year. All submissions should have the students name on the back! Please hand to your teacher or the office.

How to Get Started

1. Create your free Treering account using the link in your invitation email. Email us at elgranadayearbook@gmail.com for troubleshooting.

2. Explore the site and pre-order your 2024/25 yearbook.

3. Upload your photos of class activities, field trips, and school events be featured in the yearbook to the School Photos folder via your Treering account. Click the video below for more guidance about where to find this on the website.

4. Customize your free pages by April 28 by adding photos to My Photos through your Treering Account. Click the video below for more guidance about where to find this on the website.

5. Yearbooks can also be bought by cash or check through the school office (Soft Cover $20, Hard Cover $26), but these copies will not be eligible for free customized pages. Checks should be made payable to El Granada PTO.

If you're interested in helping with this year's yearbook, we'd love to have you! We are especially looking for a fifth grade parent rep to help organize the baby photo page and the cover competition. We are always looking for photographers and class reps!
