The Yearbook is a decades-old tradition at El Granada Elementary to record all the amazing things we have going on at our school, and to celebrate our 5th graders who will soon be promoted to middle school.

Yearbook customization deadline has passed

The April 28 deadline for customizing the two free pages in the Treering yearbook has passed, but standard yearbooks (soft and hardcover both) are still available for purchase through the Treering website.

Orders post-deadline will incur a shipping cost of $5.99 and your yearbook will be delivered to your home address. Follow the link in your Treering invitation email to purchase. For any questions, email elgranadayearbook@gmail.com.

We're excited to announce our new partnership with Treering for this year's 2024/25 school yearbook. This collaboration brings some great new features to capturing our school's memories. New for this year:

Modern Memories: Treering's platform allows us to create a yearbook that reflects our school year with parent photo uploads and highlights each student's individual experiences with free family pages.

Personalization: You'll have the opportunity to customize two free pages in your child's yearbook with your own photos and memories (plus buy as many additional pages as you like).

Affordable Keepsakes: Our soft-cover yearbooks are priced at $17.94 (plus tax).

Special Gift for Fifth Graders

Continuing our tradition, the PTO will provide each graduating 5th grader with a free yearbook. Families of 5th graders will still have the option to add custom pages to these gifted copies through the Treering site.

If you have a 5th grader, please send us a photo for our Fifth Graders as Babies page! The photo should be of your child when they were under 1 year of age. Please email to elgranadayearbook@gmail.com, upload direct to Treering (video below) or hand the photo to your class teacher and we will scan and return it to you.

How to Get Started

1. Create your free Treering account using the link in your invitation email. Email us at elgranadayearbook@gmail.com for troubleshooting.

2. Explore the site and pre-order your 2024/25 yearbook.

3. Upload your photos of class activities, field trips, and school events be featured in the yearbook to the School Photos folder via your Treering account. Click the video below for more guidance about where to find this on the website.

4. Customize your free pages by April 28 by adding photos to My Photos through your Treering Account. Click the video below for more guidance about where to find this on the website.

5. Yearbooks can also be bought by cash or check through the school office (Soft Cover $20, Hard Cover $26), but these copies will not be eligible for free customized pages. Checks should be made payable to El Granada PTO.

6. Order before the April 28 deadline to have your yearbook(s) shipped to school for free and be distributed via the classrooms or school office. Yearbooks can still be ordered after the deadline but will be shipped to home at a cost of $5.99.

We are especially looking for a fifth grade parent rep to help organize the baby photo page and the cover competition. We are always looking for photographers and class reps! Custom Pages FAQs

What do you mean by custom pages? At no additional cost to the school or family, parents can design two pages. These custom pages only print in their book copy, making each yearbook a unique keepsake of the school year. (Additional custom pages are available for parents purchase.)

Are the custom pages in everyone's book? Custom pages are only added to the books of students who complete their custom pages. If a student/parent doesn't add photos of memories to their custom pages, they won't have any in their book. They also will not have blank pages in their book.

Could someone put a photo in my custom pages that I don't want?

No! Each set of custom pages is unique and can only be created and edited by the owner.

What if I don't want to complete custom pages? Custom pages are optional. Students and parents not wishing to complete custom pages can purchase a standard copy of the school yearbook.

Are photos added to Treering by parents and students private? Parents have the ability to make all of their photos added private.

Can I still create custom pages if I have already bought my yearbook? Yes! For the current school year, custom pages do not have to be completed before placing an order. You can purchase a yearbook and then create the custom pages. The deadline for creating custom pages is April 28, 2025.

Can fifth grade families customize their free yearbook from the PTO? Yes! Just log in with the invite you received by email.

How do I add photos to my custom pages? Find your customizing options via the black "Explore Yearbooks" button on the homepage.
