The full amount of your Voluntary Tuition donation goes directly to supporting enrichment programs for El Granada Elementary Students (TK-3rd PE, Arts & Science Week, Classroom Stipends and much, much more).

How It Works

Each August and September, we ask families to contribute what they can toward PTO programs for the year. Here’s what your support provides:

$5 → an EGE shirt for a new student (Dolphin pride!)
$10 → one PTO-funded assembly
$25 → school supplies for one student for the year
$30 → Arts & Science Week for one student
$289 → everything PTO funds for one student for the whole year

This Year’s Goal

We’re aiming to raise $25,000 during the drive, running August 28–September 8.

If we reach our goal, we’ll celebrate with a Pizza Party at Movie Night on September 26!

How to Give

We’ve made it easy to donate:

Pay online in a lump sum or in monthly installments with PayPal (elgranada.pto@gmail.com)
Pay by check, payable to El Granada PTO and return it to the El Granada School office
Pay by cash - bring the Dolphin donation envelope to the front office
Pay via Venmo - @elgranadaelementary-PTO

Don’t forget: Many companies match employee donations—if so, you could double your donation! Check with your employer to see if yours does and find more information on our Company Matching page.

Every dollar raised supports every student at El Granada Elementary. Whether it’s $5 or $500, your donation makes a difference. Small contributions add up to big impact, and together we can continue making El Granada an amazing place for our kids to learn and grow.

WHY $289?

$289 is the amount required to full fund all of the programs provided by the PTO for one student in a typical year.

CORPORATE DONATION MATCHING

Does your workplace offer a company match for your donation?

Matched donations will be counted towards the goal, even if they take a few months to come in. Find more information on our Company Matching page.

PREFER MONTHLY PLEDGES?

Instead of paying the whole amount at once, you can set up Paypal to make a recurring payment every month.

Enter the amount you'd like to give each month. For example, $25/month would cover the entire suggested amount ($25 x 12 = $300).
Make sure to check the box to make the payment monthly.
Proceed through the payment steps to add your payment information. You will need to create a Paypal account so that you can cancel or change your recurring payment in the future.
