EG BOOK FAIR 2025

​​​​​​​What: A week-long book fair hosted by the PTO, featuring carefully curated titles for our students. Every purchase makes a difference—10% of all proceeds return directly to the PTO as a donation, so you can celebrate the joy of reading while supporting our school and finding perfect holiday gifts! 

 

Where:  Music Room, Building C (new building), El Granada Elementary School

When: 

• PREVIEWS - Monday 12/8 (8:15am-2:50pm) Each class will visit the fair to browse and build wishlists to take home. Students can use the wishlist form to calculate the total cost including tax, ensuring they know exactly what to bring. Please note: this is a preview day only—no purchases will be made.

• MORNINGS - Tuesday-Friday, 12/8-12/12 (7:45am-8:15am) - Book fair open for shopping before school. 

• AFTERNOON - Tuesday, 12/9 (1:15pm-2:15pm) - Book Fair open for shopping. 

• EVENING - Wednesday, 12/10 (5:00-6:30pm) -  Our special evening session—perfect for families to shop together!

 

How: Books can be purchased with cash or credit card, and parents also have the option to load a digital gift card for their children to use independently. Parents are welcome to accompany students during shopping sessions, or students may browse and shop on their own. Books can be bought by cash, credit card, or parents can for their children.

Can't make it in person? Our online book fair is open now, and online purchases also benefit our school!

 

We Need YOU! This beloved event depends entirely on parent and family volunteers. We need 3-5 volunteers per shift throughout the week to make the magic happen. If you can spare some time, please volunteer on our Sign Up Genius! For those volunteering Tues-Fri, a quick training session on our sales system will be offered on Friday before the fair or during Monday's preview day.
